Teenagers composed the biggest portion of our population right now. They are the hope of the nation according to Dr. Jose Rizal. They are one of the factors that will contribute to the betterment of our nation as they say but it is really true? Are the teenagers today capable of influencing the new batch of teenagers toward the right path? Can they really make it?
Teenagers, nowadays, are far different from each other. Some teenagers are attending school while others are at home taking care of their siblings or their child. There are some that works while studying and some that stopped and just work for their family. There are also some teenagers that are bystanders but there are also some that are diligent and focus in their studies.
Being quite different from others, those teenagers who are attending school are the best role model for teenagers. They are to be followed for they are in the right path. Once those teenagers finish their studies, it is more likely that they will work, for example in the banks, law firms, accounting firms, airlines, real estate or in any other large companies in the country. A better future awaits them but not necessarily to all the students because some teenagers who are studying just go with the flow and work easy-go-lucky. They just don't bother quizzes, assignments and even examinations. They just let the luck come their way because they don't study hard and give certain effort to pass. Once those students overcome these bad habits like laziness, easy-go-lucky habit and tardiness, they will truly reach goals and aspirations. Moreover, they will surely be an asset for Philippines. They will definitely be good leaders in the future and role models for the future generation.
